Complaints Procedure
1. The purpose of the CSIS Charity Fund is the relief of need, hardship and distress amongst civil and public servants and their dependants. We seek to treat all individuals and organisations with respect. Any complaints will be dealt fairly, seriously, speedily and with an open mind. Our aim is to resolve any complaint within two months.
2. If you are unhappy about the way you or your organisation has been treated by the CSIS Charity Fund you should discuss your concerns and the redress you are seeking with:

3. If you remain dissatisfied you should put your complaint in writing to the Chairman of the CSIS Charity Fund. She is:

4. The Trustees of the CSIS Charity Fund will review the outcome of all complaints to ensure that lessons are learnt and that our performance is improved. Our annual report will list all complaints and their outcome.
